e3planning pty ltd was established in 2008, delivering development consulting services to a broad range of clients.
Evan Boardman is the Director of e3planning pty ltd a Strategic, Economic & Environmental Planning Consultancy, providing Development Management expertise, town planning and statutory planning services, economic and environmental advice and support to developers, Non Governmental Organisations, Local and State Government and individuals. He has worked in private practice for over a decade and was previously Senior Planner at a private consulting firm.
Being principal of the company gives enormous benefits to clients in terms direct contact with the person working on your behalf and an agreed timeframe and cost for delivery of your project.
Evan has a background in environmental management, economics and urban and regional planning. He has managed and delivered projects large and small from inception through to completion.
His experience and background over 20 years brings with it an extremely well-developed network of contacts within the development industry, Local, State and Federal Government Agencies.
He is past acting president of The Planning Institute of Australia (TAS), past president of Sustainable Living Tasmania Inc, a member of the Executive Council of the Property Council of Australia, was a Board Member of the Environmental Institute of Australia and New Zealand (Tas) and a member of the Policy Committee of the Housing Industry Association.
He is a strong advocate for projects he is passionate about and similarly is committed to acting against projects which would not deliver economic, social and or environmental benefits.
